Layer Forge Canada supplies custom manufacturing and personalized products, including 3D printing, laser engraving, UV printing, DTF, and DTG apparel printing.

Shop orders become confirmed when payment is completed. Custom quotes remain valid for the period shown on the quote and become confirmed when the quote is accepted and paid.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product, material, quantity, personalization, spelling, dimensions, delivery method, and contact information before payment. Contact us promptly if an order confirmation contains an error. Changes are not guaranteed after payment and may require a revised price or schedule.

Layer Forge Canada may decline an order before payment. If Layer Forge Canada cannot fulfil an order after accepting payment, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund when required.

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars (CAD). Product price, quantity, shipping or pickup charges, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Taxes are calculated using the address and information supplied during checkout.

Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Layer Forge does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is confirmed.

Production begins only after Layer Forge Canada schedules the paid order. Payment received does not mean production has already started. The applicable production estimate or supply date will be communicated in the product information, quote, order confirmation, or written order communication.

Timing can be affected by design approval, material availability, quantity, equipment requirements, rework needed for quality, and delivery conditions. If timing materially changes, Layer Forge Canada will contact the customer using the information provided with the order. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Inspect delivered or collected items promptly and contact us with the order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged or materially different from the confirmed order.

Customers must have the right to use every design, logo, image, model, trademark, name, and other file supplied to Layer Forge Canada. By submitting content, the customer authorizes Layer Forge Canada to use it only as reasonably necessary to review, quote, manufacture, communicate about, and fulfil the order.

Layer Forge Canada may decline content that appears unlawful, unsafe, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

Digital previews and photographs may differ slightly from the finished product. Minor variations in colour, texture, layer lines, grain, placement, finish, and dimensions can occur because of materials, screens, and manufacturing processes. Approved proofs and written specifications control the order where provided.

Unless Layer Forge Canada expressly confirms otherwise in writing, products are not certified for medical, food-contact, protective, load-bearing, life-safety, or regulated applications. Customers are responsible for confirming suitability for their intended use.

To the extent permitted by law, Layer Forge Canada is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of a product or delay outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

We may update these terms prospectively. The version presented when an order is placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
